Our one bedroom apartments have a great room that features the kitchen and living space combined into one. The bedroom has an adjoining bath with a tub and shower combination.

Two Bedroom Apartments

Our two bedroom apartments all have the same floor plan. They offer 2 baths. The master bedroom has an adjoining bath with a tub and shower combination. The second bedroom, which has been used as a den, sewing room, office or guest room, is across from the second bathroom. This bath has a walk in shower. The kitchen comes with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, plenty of cabinets and room for a small kitchen table. There is also a spacious living area perfect for hosting guests. A covered porch provides a second exit from the apartment. Each apartment also includes a storage closet located in the main hallway offering a great place to store seasonal clothing and decorations.

Included in the monthly rent of the apartments are the basic utilities, gas, water and electric. Also, each apartment has individual control of heating and air conditioning.  An on-site laundry room with non-coin operated machines is just off the main Parlor. The apartments receive weekly vacuuming and cleaning of the bathrooms. Linen change assistance is also offered. The noonday meal (referred to as Dinner and the largest meal of the day versus a lighter Supper in the evening) is included in the monthly rent and is served family-style in the main dining room of the Fair Hills Residence.

All the amenities available in the Fair Hills Residence are also available to the Fair Hills Apartments residents. These include use of the library, visiting a nurse, buying stamps, playing bingo and all other social activities.
